#GORILLA BOW FULL#

I rotate among push, pull, and leg focus workouts.

My workouts with the gorilla bow are below. Nevertheless, I do use the gorilla bow mixed in with body weight exercises given the cornavirus situation. The gorilla bow is really awkward with heavy resistance due to the dynamic nature of bands having a little resistance in half the movement and impossible resistance near the end of the movement. If I can go back in time and had the space, I would order some dumbbells and a bench instead.

I can’t say enough good about Bow Spider.I actually own one and agree with everyone else that it wasn’t the best use of money. #GORILLA BOW FREE#
Two times we had gotten off trail chasing elk and I know in my heart that having two hands free to navigate the steep slippery hills that Bow Spider kept my bow safe so that I could safely navigate the terrain. I can testify if I had to keep my bow in hand, I would have been beyond exhausted on my Elk hunt in Colorado.

I used the Bow Spider the entire 3D course at Pennsylvania and again at TAC in Park City Utah. I bought the Complete Bow Spider Kit at Total Archery Challenge (TAC) in Pennsylvania knowing that I wanted a fast light weight system for my back pack hunt in Colorado later in the year.
